Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to inform us. The jewel must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging. The return costs are your responsibility. Once the item has been received and checked, we will proceed with the exchange depending on stock availability.

Refunds
Refunds are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect. You have 14 days after receipt to report any problems. In this case, we will offer you either a refund or an exchange. Personalized or promotional items are not exchangeable or refundable.

Select the jewelry you like then place your order by PM on Instagram via Paylib or Paypal.

The order will be shipped by La Poste with tracking, and will be delivered within 2 to 4 days after its manufacture.
